1/ Hãy chắc chắn rằng bạn đã kết nối internet
2/ Đã cập nhật đầy đủ các gói cập nhật trong windows update
3/ Nếu bạn đang cài phần mềm anti-virut hãy thử disable nó4/ Update Internet Time

5/ Reset Windows Store case
Run CMD as adminstrator gõ WSReset rồi enter
6/ Đăng kí lại Windows Store app
Run Powershell as administrator copy và paste lệnh bên dưới vào enter
